At Zogie’s Hair Collection , we are deeply committed to delivering hair extensions of the utmost quality, carefully curated for your absolute satisfaction.

WIG UNITS

Due to hygiene and health and safety laws, we do not offer refunds or returns for pre made wig units. 

Specifications of the wig size must be taken accurately as the unit is made according to the measurements provided e.g. the wig cap size. Please note: we are not responsible for non-accurate measurements resulting in the unit not fitting.

 

LACE SYSTEMS + BUNDLES

Refunds are only available within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the hair must be in the condition it was sent to you in, untampered, unused and unworn. In addition, all bundles and lace arrive with a ZHC tag, this tag should still be on the item if you do decide to return your item. 

If your request is successful, you’ll be provided with a return address. Once we receive the order, in the condition stated above we will either offer an exchange or create an equivalent store credit which you can later use against our store in the future. 

For efficiency and security, we advise using Royal Mail Signed For service or Special Delivery for your own protection if in the United Kingdom. Signed For / Tracked service your local Postal / Shipping Organisation offers if the outside UK. Please note, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the return postage. Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for any product that is not received in our returns centre, please retain your proof of return, so you can dispute delivery with the courier used. If you send a parcel untracked and we do not receive the parcel, we cannot accept liability for the missing parcel and will not be able to process your return.

What is Vietnamese raw hair?

Vietnamese raw hair refers to unprocessed, natural hair sourced directly from donors in Vietnam. It is known for its exceptional quality, durability, and purity, as it has not undergone any chemical treatments.

What grade is your hair?

We do not believe in ‘grading systems’ of hair as these are usually gimmicks in the market with no real proof of what the ‘grades’ they claim to be are.

You’ll usually find such grading systems (with no proven criteria to grade by), from retailers who believe that offering unauthentic/ mixed hairs with foreign fibres to customers as acceptable. This grading system usually starts low in quality and increases in number as with its quality.

Here at ZHC, we ensure that we provide the highest quality hairs available which we can guarantee quality, durability + longevity.

 Can I dye my extensions?

You can bleach, dye and process our raw hair and still be impressed with its quality thereafter!

How many bundles would I need?

For lengths 10" - 22", we would recommend anything between one to three bundles of hair depending on how full/ natural looking you would like your installation.
With longer lengths of 24" onwards, we would recommend at least three or four bundles as the longer the hair length, the less width of a bundle is available since each bundle will always make a net weight of approximately 100 grams.

The lifespan of Vietnamese raw hair extensions is typically 8-10 years with proper care. High-quality raw hair, when well-maintained, can outlast other types of extensions. Regular maintenance and gentle handling are essential for longevity.

Yes - we ship worldwide with a tracked and signed delivery service.

I haven't received my tracking information?

As per our delivery timeframes, please be sure to remember our shipping works on business days only and your order could be dispatched on the second to last working day in order to meet our delivery promise to you. We will always send you a shipping notification via email once we are ready to ship along with full tracking information.

If by your final working day you have not received your order, please contact us for any update only then.

What is your delivery timeframe?

Orders will take 6-7 working days to be processed . Once processed, the shipment duration is currently 2-3 working days (excluding processing time and weekends). UK Orders

Once your order has been shipped out via Royal Mail, you will be provided with a tracking number. We ship packages via Royal Mail special delivery or first class signed for, if based in the UK. International tracked and signed for delivery is available for European countries and worldwide.
