OMG I love Tiwa! She's so soft, full density, no tangling, lace melts well, straightens well, good customer service. My only negative is the medium cap was too big for my head and I measured my head at 22.5cm. So if I could have changed it I would have got a small cap. Other than that I love this unit! Buy it!
