Orders will take 10- 13 working days to be processed. Once processed, the shipment duration is currently 2-3 working days(UK Orders) (excluding processing time and weekends).

Please note that all items within the Raw Balayage Collection are made to order during each drop to ensure colour consistency and the highest quality finish.

For specific delivery details regarding these items, please refer to the shipping information listed on the individual product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number.

Customers are able to purchase in-stock items and pre-order items within the same order. If an order contains products with different shipping dates, the entire order will be shipped once all items have arrived at our facility and are ready for dispatch.

Please note that Zogie's Hair Collection is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or delivered to an incorrect address by the courier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

While we always aim to ship orders promptly, delivery delays may occasionally occur. Factors such as warehouse processing times, weather conditions, and courier-related issues are outside of our control. All shipping timeframes provided are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.

Zogie's Hair Collection also reserves the right to change the selected shipping carrier to a comparable service if necessary. This means your order may be shipped with a different courier while still maintaining the same estimated delivery timeframe originally selected at checkout, with no additional shipping charges.

Colour Notice: Return & Refund

All coloured bundles are professionally custom coloured from natural 1B single donor raw hair after your order is confirmed. As this is a bespoke colouring service completed specifically for each customer, coloured items are non-refundable.

Once your order has been placed, it is processed shortly after submission. For this reason, only limited changes can be made once an order is confirmed. We kindly ask that you carefully review and confirm all order details before completing your purchase.

Order changes or cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing your order, and during this period you will qualify for a full refund. After the 24-hour window has passed, all purchases become final.

Due to the nature of coloured hair extensions, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

In rare circumstances, returns may be considered with prior approval and will be reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis.

Pre-orders apply to products that are currently being produced and are not yet available in stock. Items offered for pre-order will include an estimated shipping date listed in the product description.

Items that are currently in stock will typically be processed and shipped within 1–5 business days.

Customers may cancel or make changes to an order or pre-order within 24 hours of purchase and will receive a full refund during this time frame. After 24 hours, all purchases are considered final.

Order Processing

Order processing begins shortly after an order has been successfully placed.

Changes to orders—including product selections, shipping methods, delivery addresses, or other details—must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to make a change, please contact us by email within this time frame. After the 24-hour period, orders cannot be modified or cancelled, and all sales are final.

Following order placement, Zogie's Hair Collection reserves the right to request additional payment or shipping verification if necessary. Orders that are flagged with a high fraud risk may be automatically cancelled for security reasons.

At this time, online orders cannot be collected in person, as we do not offer an in-store pickup option.

22" and below: 3 bundles are recommended for a natural density, whilst 4 bundles are recommended for extra fullness.

24" and above: 4 bundles are recommended for a natural density, whilst 5 bundles are recommended for extra fullness.

We strongly advise against chemical treatments carried out by unlicensed individuals on our raw, single-donor hair extensions. Permanent alterations should always be handled by a licensed professional stylist, as these extensions represent a valuable investment.

While coloring the hair is possible, further bleaching can cause damage. Hair can respond differently to various products and techniques, which may result in issues such as excessive dryness, shedding, tangling, matting, or breakage. Zogie's Hair Collection cannot be held responsible for damage caused by chemical treatments.

For the best results, Zogie's Hair Collection extensions should always be installed by a licensed or extension-certified hairstylist. Any self-installation or installation by an unlicensed individual is done entirely at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee the outcome.
