UK and International Orders

Wigs
Orders will take 8-9 working days to be processed (Please note, processing time varies wig by wig so please do read the description box for the processing time for that specific wig) . Once processed, the shipment duration is currently 2-3 working days (UK Orders) (excluding processing time and weekends).

All other hair items (Bundles, closures/frontals, human bulk hair, tape ins etc)

ZHC Raw Balayage Hair Collection (Pre-Orders)

The ZHC Raw Balayage Hair Collection is released through scheduled pre-order collection drops.

Pre-orders for this collection are typically open for approximately two weeks. Once the pre-order window closes, all orders will then move into the production and preparation phase. Orders from this collection will be shipped approximately four weeks after the pre-order window closes.

This timeframe is required as each bundle, closure and frontal is professionally coloured, customised, refined and quality checked before being packaged for dispatch.

Please note that all items within the Raw Balayage Collection are made to order during each drop to ensure colour consistency and the highest quality finish.

For specific delivery details regarding these items, please refer to the shipping information listed on the individual product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number.

Once your order has been shipped out via Royal Mail, you will be provided with a tracking number. We ship packages via Royal Mail special delivery or first class signed for, if based in the UK. International tracked and signed for delivery is available for European countries and worldwide.

We are not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. Customers are also advised to take necessary precautions whilst entering personal and delivery details. We will not be held liable for any incorrect delivery details or shipment addresses, as once orders are sent out there is nothing we can do about any corrections. If in any case an order has been shipped to an incorrect delivery address, the customer will be held accountable for re-delivery charges.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, original shipping costs are non-refundable. If no response is received within a reasonable timeframe, the order may be cancelled and refunded minus shipping

Shipping confirmation and tracking information is available via email as soon as your order is processed and shipped.  We do advise that all orders are placed at least 11 working days in advance to avoid unforeseen delays.
