All coloured bundles are professionally custom coloured from natural 1B single donor raw hair after your order is confirmed. As this is a bespoke colouring service completed specifically for each customer, coloured items are non-refundable.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are made to order and require processing before dispatch.

Straight, Body Wave, Deep Wave, Loose Wave, Curly, and all other bundle textures require 6–8 working days for processing.

Kinky Straight and Yaki Straight bundles require additional manufacturing time due to the custom texturing process and therefore require 9–10 working days for processing.

Once processed, shipment duration is currently 2–3 working days for UK orders, excluding processing time and weekends.

Once your order has been shipped via Royal Mail, you will be provided with a tracking number.

We ship UK orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail First Class Signed For.

International tracked and signed-for delivery is available for customers across Europe and worldwide.
